📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations supervision, particularly in manufacturing and logistics.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
