📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and conceptualizing innovative and visually appealing jersey designs that align with client requirements and market trends.
• Creating detailed design mockups using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensuring all designs meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
• Working closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the textile and apparel industry.
• Providing design consultations and advice to clients to enhance their products.
• Managing and organizing design files and maintaining a digital library of previous designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing jersey designs.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of textile and apparel industry standards and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
