We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Support Services Operator specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our automation infrastructure while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and logistics processes.

As a Maintenance & Support Services Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our RPA systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our operations, while gaining exposure to the poultry processing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain RPA systems to support manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RPA workflows to ensure their smooth operation and performance.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify automation opportunities and implement RPA solutions.
• Develop and maintain RPA documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of RPA systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to RPA systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technology and industry best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA implementation and maintenance.
• Proven experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Certified Professional) is a plus.
