📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for any damages or maintenance issues, reporting them to the appropriate departments.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in cleaning standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring rooms are ready upon arrival and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily and weekly cleaning targets.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and products, such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and chemical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
