ScienTec Consulting is seeking a Facilities Manager (Calm Room) to oversee islandwide projects in Bali, ensuring tranquility and efficiency in every environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, with the opportunity to work across multiple locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Calm Rooms across Bali, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and functionality. You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and monitor projects that enhance the guest experience. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of SGD 3000 - 5000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Calm Rooms across multiple locations in Bali.
• Ensure all rooms meet health and safety standards.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new Calm Room projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and renovations.
• Monitor room usage and make data-driven decisions to improve functionality.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Manage inventory and procurement for room supplies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple locations.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
