In this role, you’ll be working closely with our marketing teams to implement and maintain our CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot. You’ll be responsible for data entry, reporting, and analysis, providing valuable insights that drive our marketing strategies. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help streamline our processes, ensuring that our CRM operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Based in the beautiful island of Bali, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely from the stunning locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Conduct data entry, reporting, and analysis to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
• Implement and maintain CRM processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure CRM systems align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on CRM performance and customer insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in CRM operations, preferably with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM best practices and industry standards.
