🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
