📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of work and the achievement of organizational goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.,Attend and participate in team meetings and other relevant events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in project management or a similar role is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
