📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the company.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.,Monitor and control procurement spending to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain procurement documentation and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Provide training and support to junior procurement staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
