📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to inform recruitment efforts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
