📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
