📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve organizational goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges proactively.,Report on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
