📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors for office supplies and maintenance services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and office policies.,Handle office administration tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies inventory.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a pleasant and productive environment for employees.,Respond to employee concerns and issues related to the office environment.,Monitor and report on office expenses and budget usage.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or Office Administration role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and office policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Leadership and team management skills.
