📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide operational support to senior management.,Assist in the development of operational budgets and forecasts.,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
