📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to meet demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
