🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
