Root Prime Group is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support our business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for regulatory purposes.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
