📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
