As a Finance Staff, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of the annual financial statements. You'll work closely with the finance manager to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Prepare and maintain financial records for payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial information and analysis to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
