📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our food products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential clients.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.,Monitoring and reporting on call performance and customer feedback.,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
