Counter Teller - Foreign Exchange

As a Counter Teller, you will be working closely with our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about currency exchange rates and other financial services.

Your daily tasks will include handling cash transactions, processing foreign exchange transactions, and providing excellent customer service. You will be using our in-house foreign exchange management system, which is integrated with our core banking system. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while also providing you with the chance to develop your skills in foreign exchange and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the services provided.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in transactions.
• Assist customers with queries related to foreign exchange rates and other financial services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange rates and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange management systems, such as our in-house system.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
