In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.,Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market reach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Monitor and report on business development KPIs to ensure performance and success.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay connected with the market.,Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on business development initiatives and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
