📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support the procurement team by researching suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Maintain and update vendor files and purchase history.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or procurement.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
