In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
