In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and excellent analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our IMS.,Conduct regular audits and assessments of our logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and process efficiency.,Provide training and guidance to junior QA staff on quality assurance best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and process optimization.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that quality and process optimization goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on logistics or a similar industry.,Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in quality assurance and process optimization.
