📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage IC design projects from concept to completion.,Develop and optimize IC designs using advanced design tools and methodologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.,Conduct research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.,Mentor and train junior engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and best practices.,Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the R&D team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IC design, with a focus on analog, digital, or mixed-signal design.,Proven track record of successful IC design projects.,Strong knowledge of IC design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.,Experience with IC design methodologies such as RTL design, synthesis, place and route, and verification.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
